Define use and quantity
State the room type, users, target quantity, destination market and installation context. Distinguish a one-off prototype from a repeatable programme so engineering and packaging can be planned correctly.
Provide drawings and performance needs
Share dimensions, reference images, material preferences, required standards, load expectations, hardware, electrical integration and cleaning requirements. Mark what is fixed and what the manufacturer may optimise.
Agree the approval sequence
Set clear gates for drawings, material samples, finish samples, prototype review, packaging review and pre-production approval. Record decisions so the commercial quotation and production specification remain aligned.
