OEM and ODM in practical terms

OEM follows a buyer-controlled design and specification. ODM starts from a performance and design brief and includes more development support. In both cases, drawings, materials and samples must be approved before production.

What to send first

Share room plans, target quantity, destination market, reference images, key dimensions, required standards, material preferences, installation context and timing. Mark which requirements are fixed and which may be optimized.
